Policy for purchases
Purchases of LanguageTutor from Aura coder are sold by Paddle as Merchant of Record. We adopt Paddle’s Refund Policy, linked below, for these purchases rather than offering a separate money-back guarantee. That policy explains applicable refund and consumer withdrawal rights, including the 14-day withdrawal period where applicable and any lawful exceptions for digital services. Your mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
How to request a refund
Visit paddle.net to find your purchase and request a refund from Paddle support. Include the email used at checkout and your transaction or receipt reference. Paddle processes and determines requests under its Refund Policy and applicable law. Do not send card numbers or security codes to Aura coder.
Cancellation is separate
Cancel a subscription through Billing in settings to stop future renewals. Cancellation alone does not submit a refund request and access continues until the paid period ends. For a refund, contact Paddle separately. No “all sales final” or blanket “no refunds” restriction applies.
