Your agreement
Aura coder provides LanguageTutor, an AI-assisted language-learning service. You contract with Aura coder for access to the service. By using it, you accept these terms. You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement; if acting for an organisation, you must be authorised to bind it. Keep your account details accurate and your credentials confidential.
Access and acceptable use
Your selected plan provides a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for language learning. Do not use it unlawfully, commit fraud, send spam, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, probe or interfere with security, scrape the service without permission, or bypass access controls and usage limits. Do not generate illegal content, deceptive deepfakes, hateful or abusive material, or attempt to jailbreak safety controls.
AI outputs and your content
You are responsible for your prompts, your use of outputs, verifying their accuracy, and having permission to submit input content. AI translations, lessons and feedback can be inaccurate; they are educational assistance, not regulated medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. You retain your rights in your inputs. To the extent permitted by law, we do not claim ownership of your outputs, but cannot guarantee that they are unique or eligible for intellectual-property protection. You permit us to process your content only as needed to provide and secure the service.
Intellectual property and moderation
Aura coder retains ownership of the service software, documentation and branding. Do not copy, resell or redistribute these without permission. We may filter or refuse outputs, remove or restrict content and suspend accounts to address misuse or rights complaints. Rights holders may submit an infringement complaint to Aura coder through the contact details published on our Contact page, identifying the work, disputed content and their authority. Repeated infringement may result in termination.
Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle’s Buyer Terms govern payment, billing, taxes, cancellation and refund mechanics. The price, billing interval and any payment-method-required trial are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled. Manage payment details, invoices and cancellation through Billing in settings. Cancellation preserves access until the paid period ends. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing; downgrades take effect at renewal.
Availability and suspension
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. We may also remove unsafe content. Ending access does not remove statutory consumer rights; personal data is handled under our Privacy Notice.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes obligations or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer protections. Applicable mandatory law continues to apply. These terms do not select a country’s law or courts to override those protections.
